Social Investment Fund
The City of London Corporation has established a £20m fund to support charitable organisations that want to access funding through social investment and to develop the social investment market in the UK.

What the social investment fund invests in
We invest in a diverse range of organisations who work to support a variety of different beneficiary groups across the UK.
We invest in a wide range of different types of social investments, from secured and unsecured loans to traded bonds and listed charitable securities.

The City of London Corporation Social Investment Fund is overseen by the Bridge House Estates Board and managed by City Bridge Trust.
The Trust has established the Stepping Stones Fund, a unique grant programme to support charitable organisations in Greater London looking to access social investments as a funding source in the future.
