Our Trustee, the City of London Corporation, is recruiting a Senior Accountant who will be based within the City Bridge Trust team.
Salary range is £46,310 – £52,780 per annum inclusive dependent on experience; attractive pension; outcome focused; flexible working encouraged; based at Guildhall.

Building on its 800-year history, the Corporation is deeply committed to charitable giving. This is centred on its funding body City Bridge Trust (CBT), the grant-making arm of Bridge House Estates – one of the largest charities in the UK. As London’s largest independent grant-maker, CBT works to tackle disadvantage in London through grant-making, social investment, encouraging philanthropy and influencing social policy.
The post holder will be based in CBT, and will be part of the small charity finance team within the Corporation’s finance department. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant, having gained their work experience within the charity sector. A strong working knowledge of charity finance requirements is essential along with excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate the language of finance to a lay audience.
