The Trust is pleased to announce the launch of Bridging London, a Strategic Review focused on making London fairer. This review will inform our next 5 year funding strategy for 2018-23 and a grants budget totalling around £100million.
The review will be led by Sufina Ahmad who has joined us as Head of Strategic Review on secondment from the Big Lottery Fund. She will be assisted by a Project Steering Group, which is formed of experienced charitable funding sector figures.
Our Strategic Review was formally announced last night by our Chairman, Alderman Alison Gowman, at the Trust’s annual dinner. This was held at Saddlers Hall and was in honour of our immediate past Chairman, Jeremy Mayhew. The guest speaker for the evening was Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson, former Paralympic athlete and now Crossbench member of the House of Lords.
To inform the review we will be holding a series of conversations with a variety of audiences. We urge every to get involved either by attending one of the events, via social media using the hashtag #BridgingLondon, or by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
More details on how you can contribute to this will be announced over the coming months.
