City Bridge Trust is building a brand new website that echoes our vision, mission and values. The new site will put our audience first, helping people find and engage with our work in the most efficient way possible. We have an exciting short-term opportunity for someone to help us shape and develop the new website content ahead of the launch in autumn 2022.

The Digital Copywriter role

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Copywriter to lead on the content development of our new website, ensuring our copy is engaging, follows best practices, is accessible, written in plain English, and is optimised for search engines.

This role will work closely alongside our existing communications team and will require collaboration and engagement with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation. We’re looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running and has extensive experience editing and producing website copy. It would be an advantage to have knowledge and experience of the target audiences: charity and funding sectors. We will be asking to see examples of your work / content writing portfolio.

For more information and full application details, please see the Digital Copywriter application pack.

Prospective candidates should apply no later than 5pm on Monday 11 July 2022. Please send a CV, cover letter and portfolio to ea.comms@cityoflondon.gov.uk
