The City of London Corporation is the sole trustee of City Bridge Trust and members of its Court of Common Council form the Trust’s Grants Committee. The Trust’s Grants Team is based within the City of London’s main offices at the Guildhall.

Our Trustee body, The City of London Corporation, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Farnsworth as our new Chief Grants Officer. David joins the Trust from the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fund where he was Head of the Refugee and Asylum Seeker Initiative.

Beacon Awards 2013

Eleven City philanthropists were named among 33 of the most prestigious philanthropists in the UK as Beacon Fellows for 2013, at the 8th Beacon Awards for Philanthropy held on 6th February at Mansion House, London.
