Philanthropy on the Radio
Published: 23 October 2012
On 23 October, Cheryl Chapman from
City Philanthropy
and Philanthropy UK,
both of which we support, was interviewed by Simon Lederman on
BBC London radio's
Robert Elm
Show.
Cheryl was discussing charitable giving and the
City Philanthropy
initiative, which aims to promote more philanthropy among City
professionals earlier in their careers and position the City of
London as a leading global centre for philanthropy. We are looking
at a range of initiatives to engage the next generation of
philanthropists at a timer when new resources were never more
needed.
You can listen back to the discussion on the BBC
London website
here. The
interview starts 1 hour 38 minutes into the show.
